Also in the third stage will be located apartments of the class "business" (apart-hotel Business "3*+" with a short stay and Long Stay Business format with a long stay). Finally, a significant part of the hotel's space of the latest format – Affordable Luxury ("affordable luxury") - will be allocated for infrastructure and public spaces – a restaurant, a lobby bar, a coworking space with a lecture hall and a multimedia hall, and a fitness room. Apartments are studios, one-and two-room units ranging in size from 16 to 52 square meters, including view units on the top floors. Units are rented with a "fine" finish, and an additional service is also offered - apartments with finishing and furniture. Special attention is paid to the improvement of the inner territory of the complex and the development of a conceptual open-air public space. The interior of the apart-hotel will include fountains and art objects, light navigation panels and designer lanterns, recreation areas and a bike path leading to the center of St. Petersburg. The apart-hotel has all the necessary hotel technologies: a concierge service, an access control system, video surveillance and security in the "24/7" mode, separation of technological flows, spacious staff rooms, storage rooms for storing hotel equipment, as well as a cleaning service.
