The residential complex is being built in 3 stages on two land plots separated by Komendantsky Prospekt. This approach to the organization of construction will allow residents of the 1st stage to live in a fully finished complex, provided with all the necessary infrastructure, and not experience any inconvenience from the construction of the next stages.
The first stage consists of 2 arc-shaped buildings (19 floors) and 2 towers (27 floors), which are designed for 1,510 apartments.
